Is it possible to discontinue Tertensif SR with pressure fluctuations?

With pressure fluctuations, i.e. during the day pressure98, 115/59.73, pulse 72.87, and sometimes 150.170/96.100 pulse87.75 can tertensIF SR be taken. Will this drug not cause the pressure to be lowered below the safe one.

Tertensif SR should be taken on the basis of a doctor's recommendation. It has an effect on blood pressure and may cause it to decrease excessively if the appropriate dose has not been adjusted to the patient's state of health and other medicines used in hypertension. If you experience frequent pressure fluctuations, you should provide your doctor with a diary of pressure measurements from the last several days and make sure that you are taking all medications correctly. Then the cardiologist will decide on a possible correction of drug doses or discontinuation/ addition of another drug.
