Can I combine these drugs: Depralin, Trittico, Biofenac and Sirdalud?

For a week I have been taking the drug depralin in the morning and evening and trittico cr 75 for the night, unfortunately I also suffer from sciatica and in states of exacerbation of pain I have to take biofenac 2x and sirdalud 4mg at night. I have a follow-up visit only in December and I just got a terrible pain. Can I combine these drugs? Whether and at what interval I can take them

At the outset, it should be noted that all drugs listed in the question are available only on prescription, so their combined use in therapy should be decided by a doctor. There are some interactions between the drugs Biofenac and Depralin contained in the question. In clinical trials, it has been shown that the simultaneous use of NSAIDs (here: Biofenac) and SSRIs (here: Depralin) is associated with an increased incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. When using the combination, medicines to shield the gastric mucosa and other measures should be used to prevent incidents of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, e.g. Controloc Control: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19739/controloc-control-tabletki/apteki The simultaneous use of Depralin and Sirdalud may cause arrhythmias. Inform your doctor about all disturbing symptoms. In case of pain in the heart area, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting - prompt medical attention is necessary.
