Can palpitations when falling asleep be caused by Fostex?

Can palpitations when falling asleep be caused by taking fostex 200+6 (2 times a day for 2 doses)? I will add that during the day this symptom does not occur

Among the side effects of this drug, heart disorders including palpitations can be distinguished, however, such an effect is uncommon, i.e. in the range of 1/100 - 1/1000 of patients. Bearing in mind the substances contained in the drug Fostex, which I have characterized in more detail below, it is worth checking whether the way of inhalation of the drug itself is correct. With the correct administration of inhaled drugs, the amount of the substance that has a general effect on the body is negligible. During incorrect inhalation, the probability of swallowing a dose of the drug and thus side effects increases. I pay attention to rinse your mouth after using Fostex, just like after brushing your teeth. This will prevent possible fungal superinfections within the oral cavity. You can read more about the correct inhalation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-wykonac-inhalacje. The inhaled drug Fostex is a combination of two active substances: a corticosteroid, which is beclomethasone dipropionate, and a drug that causes relaxation of bronchial smooth muscles, i.e. formoterol. Glucocorticosteroids, which are administered in general, and not as in this case in the form of inhalation, can cause m.in electrolyte disorders or an increase in blood pressure. The second of these substances works by affecting beta-2-adrenergic receptors. Thanks to the described selectivity of action, we are basically not dealing with the stimulation of beta- 1 - adrenergic receptors, located in the heart. For your part, please check if you are taking other medications, because they are more likely to cause palpitations. If you are not taking other medicines and the inhalation technique itself is correct, it is worth contacting your doctor and reporting the side effect of Fostex to him.
