Can withdrawal symptoms of Seronil and Lamitrin occur 2 months after the end of treatment?
Hello! After discontinuation of Seronil and Lamitrin At the end of August, the problem of huge drowsiness (for a month) appeared in a 13-year-old daughter. The drugs were discontinued under the supervision of a doctor. Is drowsiness and problems with concentration the result of the appearance of withdrawal syndrome?

Symptoms associated with the termination of treatment with prescribed antidepressants, such as Seronil, usually appear about 48 hours after the last dose of the drug and last up to several weeks. If drowsiness and problems with concentration appeared about 2 months after the end of the treatment, they are very unlikely to be the result of the end of treatment. For Lamitrin, no withdrawal symptoms have been indicated.
