Is it possible to use No-Spa after a tablet of Spasticine Max?

Yes, exactly. After 8 hours, the dose of 80 mg of drotaverine can be repeated. I note that No-Spa tablets contain 40 mg of drotaverine, and No-Spa Max 80 mg. In the first case, you can take 2 tablets at a time, in the latter 1. In the case of menstrual pain, the drug Vemonis Femi is also available on the Polish market, which is a combination of the aforementioned drotaverine with an analgesic. In the case of stronger pain, its use may be considered.

This is a pain with menstruation so I suspect that tomorrow will be better. So how did I take spastic max after 8 hours I can take nospe yes? Because I ran out of those first pills. Thank you for your reply :)

Spasticin Max and No-Spa contain the same medicinal substance, drotaverine. So we use one or the other drug. In the case of adults, the maximum dose of this medicinal substance is 240 mg, which means that you can take a maximum of 3 tablets of Spasticin Max or No-Spa Max, every 8 hours. Drotaverine is a substance that relaxes smooth muscles, used in the treatment of spasmodic conditions of smooth muscles of the urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract or in dysmenorrhea. If the pain after using the relaxant has not subsided, in the absence of contraindications, it is worth using a drug with analgesic effect such as paracetamol, or additionally anti-inflammatory, e.g. ibuprofen. If the pain persists or intensifies, it is worth consulting a doctor.
