Diseases of the blood and hematopoietic system (haematological)
Good morning... I have a question... After implanting the bypasses, the doctor prescribed me, among other things, Xarelto... For a month after taking this drug I feel dizzy, tightness in the ears and throat, fatigue ... General discomfort... Is there another drug, i.e. a substitute, that does not cause these ailments? Thank you in advance for your advice...

From a pharmaceutical point of view, a substitute is a drug with the same composition, but from a different manufacturer. Since the active ingredient of the drug is the same, identical healing effects as well as side effects should be expected. The lady is probably asking about the possibility of using a completely different drug, which, however, would have a similar effect to Xarelto. There is a selection of drugs that affect blood clotting, which you could perhaps use, but here the choice is up to the attending physician. At the same time, it should be noted that any drug can - although it does not have to - cause side effects. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict in advance whether and what side effects will occur in a given patient. I enclose information about the drug Xarelto, the preparation can be booked on GdziePoLek and then picked up stationary after presenting a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/84573/xarelto-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie You may also be interested in our studies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/przewodnik-po-lekach-przeciwzakrzepowych https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow About the ailments noticed after starting treatment with the drug Tell your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
