Can I use Macmiror or Gynalgin if fluconazole does not help with Candida spherica?

Hi, in the swab came out that I have candida spherica and I got on it flucofast orally but it does not help, the antibiogram came out that it is sensitive to miconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole and fluconazole, can I use macmirror or gynalgin?

The Flucofast preparation prescribed to you contains fluconazole, an antifungal compound to which the isolated microorganism has shown sensitivity. Macmiror and Gynalgin are prescription drugs, you should not use them on your own. Macmiror contains nifuratel, and Macmiror Complex - nifuratel with nystatin. Gynalgin contains metronidazole and chloroquinaldol. The active ingredients of these drugs therefore did not appear in the mycogram as suitable for the treatment of Candida spherica in your sample. Fluconazole should bring improvement after 1-3 days, but sometimes it can take up to seven days before the symptoms completely disappear. If you do not observe any improvement, I suggest you talk to your doctor about it. I enclose information about the drug Flucofast, which can be booked on GdziePoLek and picked up stationary after presenting a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30542/flucofast-kapsulki/apteki/w-warszawie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/infekcje-intymne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/infekcje-intymne-jak-sobie-poradzic
