Welcome. If I take 1 tablet a day of Valsart 80 per night, can I take 1tabletke Captopril under my tongue if necessary for pressure juice? Thank you

If both drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, then yes - you can do it. As a rule, captopril is a drug with just such a purpose - for occasional use, to reduce pressure jumps. In my opinion, there is no cause for concern, you can use both drugs together.
