Yes, you can. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the drugs listed in the question. Between their use, please keep a break of several hours, a minimum of 2-3 hours. Please remember that Symural should be taken on an empty stomach (2-3 hours before meals or 2-3 hours after a meal, because food delays and reduces the absorption of fosfomycin), preferably before bedtime and after emptying the bladder.
