How to take Infectvagin, Symbactin and Gynoflor?

Hello, Gynecologist wrote me a prescription for 3 drugs: 1x1 Infectvagin, 1x1 Symbactin and 2x1 Gynoflor. I'm wondering now how to take them. All together? The doctor said, but the note I had in my google calendar deleted me. Could I ask for help? Thank you very much in advance.

There is no single proper regimen for the use of the given drugs, so if you want to be sure that you apply them according to the doctor's intention, you need to contact him again. From a pharmaceutical point of view, I can give general tips for the treatment of intimate infections. Treatment usually involves the use of an antimicrobial preparation first, followed by the application of agents that regenerate the vaginal tissues and rebuild its microbiome. Rarely, the doctor recommends that you put more than one vaginal preparation (two different globules or tablets at the same time) at the same time. Vaginal gynecological preparations show the greatest effectiveness if used at night, because then they have less tendency to flow out of the vagina. However, if the doctor writes 2 x 1, it means that the preparation should be applied both in the morning and in the evening. Symbactin is a medicine containing clindamycin - an antibiotic used to treat a bacterial vaginosis called bacterial vaginosis. Gynoflor is used to restore the flora of Lactobacillus acidophilus after treatment with topical or systemic anti-infectives or chemotherapeutic agents, but also to treat vaginal discharge of unknown origin (vaginal discharge) and to treat mild and moderate cases of vaginal infection, when there is no absolute need for anti-infective chemotherapy. Gynoflor, in addition to beneficial bacteria, also contains estriol - a hormone that causes the regeneration of the vaginal epithelium, provides good blood supply to the epithelium, its adequate thickness, elasticity and humidity. Infectvagin is a medical device that prevents the multiplication of pathogenic microorganisms, promotes the healing processes of the epithelium, helps fight vaginal inflammation and can prevent the recurrence of infections by restoring physiological pH. Probably you should first apply an antibiotic, and only then regenerating preparations, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/80832/fluomizin-jak-stosowac-fluomizin-i-gynoflor https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/65310/gynoflor-jak-stosowac-symbactin-i-gynoflor Unfortunately, I do not know if the gynecologist did not give tips to, for example, use one of these preparations, and only if there is no improvement - another. He could also suggest alternating use - this also happens, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/89921/gynoflor-czy-moge-stosowac-na-przemian-tabletki-gynoflor-i-zel-mucovagin I enclose our studies, which may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-preparaty-ginekologiczne The drugs Symbactin and Gynoflor are prescription - they can be booked on WherePoLek and picked up stationary at the pharmacy upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34086/gynoflor-tabletki-dopochwowe/apteki/w-warszawie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/107339/symbactin-globulki-dopochwowe/apteki/w-warszawie Infectvagin can be purchased without a prescription, also on GdziePoLek online with home delivery: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/104401/infectvagin-globulki-dopochwowe/apteki
