How do I increase my dose of Brintellix correctly?

Good morning, I am currently taking a dose of 10mg brintellix in the morning. In the last few days I feel a deterioration in well-being, I recognize the symptoms of recurrent depression (disturbed sleep, cognitive deterioration, etc.). I would like to increase the dose of the drug in a few days if the situation does not improve at 15 or 20mg (I would prefer 15 but I have 10mg tablets that are hard to share). My question is how to increase the dose? Taking 20mg at a time in the morning? Or maybe 10 am, 10 pm? Thank you for your help greetings!

Any modifications in the therapy of depression should be made after consultation with the attending physician familiar with your state of health in detail. You have not written how long you have been taking Brintellix, so it is difficult for an outsider to propose a specific dosage method based on such a short description. The effects of treatment with Brintellix can be assessed after more than a week, a minimum of 2-3 weeks. A colleague also answered a similar question in the thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/67593/brintellix-czy-jesli-moj-stan-sie-pogorszyl-mimo-ze-bylo-lepiej-to-moze-wskazywac-na-to-ze-dawka Perhaps you will find additional useful information there. I also attach a link to the page where you can compare placing an order with picking up at the nearest stationary pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/13859/brintellix-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
