The drug Ulcamed should be taken on an empty stomach - on an empty stomach or half an hour before meals or before bedtime. Do not give other preparations half an hour before or after taking Ulcamed. It is usually recommended to give Zulbex once a day, in the morning before breakfast. However, time of day or food intake has not been shown to affect the activity of rabeprazole (the active ingredient in Zulbex), so the timing can be adapted to ulcamed therapy. Famogast can be used regardless of meals, it is usually recommended to take it overnight. You did not provide information on what probiotic you use. In my opinion, it will be best to use Ulcamed on an empty stomach and half an hour before the last meal, Zulbex at least 30 minutes after taking the morning dose of Ulcamed, and Famogast before bedtime. Remember to first of all dose the drugs in accordance with the recommendations of the doctor who ordered their use.
