Should I be concerned if the bleeding with Hastina tablets occurred earlier than usual?

Good morning, I have been taking Hastina 21+7 tablets for 6 months and so far everything has been bookish. This time at the 6th pack I started to have Bleeding already at the 17th tablet from the blister. The bleeding has been going on for 7 days and is currently taking placebo tablets. I will point out that 3 days before the onset of bleeding she was at the gynecologist, I had an ultrasound and everything was OK. Can this happen? Or is this already a cause for concern and I should make an appointment?

If you have used the pills correctly, you have not taken other medicines that may weaken the effect of contraception, a one-time withdrawal bleeding that occurred earlier than before should not be of concern. Protection is preserved and there is no reason for both. The drug should be used as before.
