Can I still have an intimate infection despite the treatment?

I used 6 days of pimafucin globules and an additional 28 days of flucofast orally for recurrent intimate infections. I have more erosion and take birth control pills, for the time of taking medication, of course, I do not have intercourse. Today is the 21st day of treatment and I no longer have symptoms of a fungal infection (burning, itching, serous vaginal discharge), while after bleeding from withdrawal I began to have yellow quite rare mucus. Could this mean that the infection is still there after all and the treatment does not help?

I'm afraid that just observing the consistency and appearance of the mucus is not enough.
It's a good idea to take a home test for intimate infections. These tests are available without a prescription, also online, here:

In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź or Białystok, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:

The test result can be a prelude to further diagnostics.
