Good morning. I treat myself for prostatitis using Macmiror, Xyvelam and suppositories (distreptase, dicloberl and proxelan). In connection with the positive culture for chlamydia trachomatis, the urologist also prescribed me Sumamed. On the leaflet I read that combining this drug with levofloxacin (xyvelam) increases the risk of arrhythmias. Is such a treatment not too risky? Is such a combination of drugs used?

In this case, the benefit-risk balance should be analysed. If you do not have arrhythmia, do not take medication for cardiovascular diseases - combining Xyvelam and Sumamed does not seem to be dangerous. If you have any doubts, you should consult a doctor.
