Syntarpen contains cloxacillin, an antibiotic from the penicillin group. Hypersensitivity to any of the penicillins is a contraindication to the use of Ospamox. This is described in the leaflet of the preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/58150/ospamox-1000-mg-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
