How long after intercourse can implantation bleeding occur, which can mean pregnancies? So if I had, for example, intercourse a week ago, spotting can already occur?

To @Настя: Most likely it is implantation spotting. Implantation spotting is less abundant than menstruation and devoid of clots, and its color is less intense - it may look like pale pink discharge tinged with slightly blood or brown spotting. It usually occurs about 10-14 days after fertilization and lasts shorter than menstruation (from a few hours to 3 days).
To confirm or exclude pregnancy, it is worth taking a pregnancy test, which should give a reliable result after 10 days. Here you can compare the prices of this type of products in Polish online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at a pharmacy in Poland:

Good afternoon, 10 days have passed since conception, and menstruation or the implantation period began, I am worried about what it is, in 3 days menstruation should have come. At first there was a pink discharge, then dark discharge

To @Dorota: Spotting and intracyclic bleeding are common side effects of birth control pills. Factors that increase the likelihood of their occurrence include, m.in, excessive stress or infections, e.g. colds.
So what can such bleeding mean 3 days after the period? I take the pills regularly, sometimes I take them 3/4 hours later.

To @Dorota: It is unlikely that you will become pregnant with the correct use of the tablets. Confirmation of the absence of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test, e.g.: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-test/apteki
Good morning, I have a problem, because on Saturday my period ended (7 days menstruation lasted after taking placebo tablets), the tablets are taken regularly and just today I had bleeding ? Is it possible to get pregnant immediately after your period?
And I understand well, thank you for the explanation.

Bleeding may or may not occur approximately between 6-12 days after conception (some give 10-14 or 7-14). From the attitude to fertilization can pass up to several days - sperm survive in the genital tract about 3 days, but 5 days or even 7 days are also given as the limit of their viability in the body. In order to better predict the date of fertilization, it is important to determine the fertile days. If a woman is quite sure of the date of ovulation and had sex at that time, it can be assumed that the conception took place at that time. Theoretically, if intercourse took place a week ago and it is highly likely that you had ovulation that day, then such implant spotting could occur after these 7 days.
And to fertilization, how much time passes from intercourse? Should I count that 6-12 days have passed since intercourse and then this implantation bleeding may occur?

The so-called implant bleeding (implantation of the embryo in the wall of the uterus) occurs only in about a third - a quarter of women. It can appear approximately between 6-12 days after fertilization. Implant spotting is usually much shorter than the period, it can last even only a few hours, and up to a maximum of 3 days. It is also definitely less abundant than regular menstruation.
