Is it possible to combine Sertagen with Trittico?

Hello, for neuroses natrectw the doctor prescribed me in the morning sertagen 50mg 1/4tabletki to start with this 1/3 triticco 75mg and 25mg triticco for the evening (additionally takes, in the morning before breakfast zelazo due to deficiency, slow -mag2×, and neurovit 1×)is it a safe combination?and whether there will be no serotonin syndrome ?this is what I fear the most because I have already experienced one such attack I will add that every day since taking medication about a week accompanied by tachycardia about 140 .please answer and Best regards

Taking Sertagen together with Trittico increases the risk of serotonin syndrome. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact your doctor. He is probably aware of the risks, but has determined that this is the best treatment for the case and has taken appropriate precautions.
