It all depends on what effect you want to achieve. In order to strengthen immunity, the use of specially selected probiotics, the so-called psychobiotics, can be considered. A positive effect on the cerebro-intestinal axis have probiotics (psychobiotics) containing in their composition: Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis. These funds can be purchased online, also with home delivery, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/102198/sanprobi-stress-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/50697/multilac-synbiotyk-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89923/vivomixx-kapsulki/apteki

Ashwagandha may exacerbate reflux symptoms. Ashwagandha has irritating properties of the gastric mucosa and should be consumed after meals. Its use is therefore not recommended for people with stomach problems, hyperacidity or reflux of the esophagus. You can read about how to treat the symptoms of reflux here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/zgaga

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
