After nose surgery, I take metypred 16mg (the first four days 1 tablet a day, the next 4 days 1/2 tablet per day, the last two days 1/4 tablet). When can I stop taking the medicine (I do not have recommendations from the doctor).

To @Alausia:
It all depends on how long the therapy lasted, what kind of condition it is and what other medications you are taking.
The therapy is determined individually, so the method of discontinuing the drug should be consulted with a doctor.
If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
How to come off the steroid in the morning I take 8mg and in the evening 16mg the doctor did not say how to go down gradually, I am afraid that when I run out of the pack something may happen

With short-term administration of Metypred (in your case), you can stop taking 1/4 tablet on the last day. Use Metypred according to the schedule set by your doctor. The scheme you describe: 4 days - 1 tablet 4 days - 0.5 tablet 4 days - 0.25 tablet End. Discontinuation of Metypred if it has been given to the patient over a long period of time should be done gradually (in fact, you gradually reduce the dose from 16 mg to 8 mg and finally 4 mg). In your case, it was a short drug therapy, so no withdrawal symptoms should be observed.
