Good morning, my doctor wrote me my medicine Mysimba so that I increase the dose every 2 weeks. and not every week as in the leaflet, and recommended to stay on 3 tablets. I don't have kidney problems, but I'm after bariatrics. What is the reason for such a dosage? I am on the 23rd day and I have the impression that I could easily take 3, because I do not feel any severe side effects.
