I was diagnosed with cystitis. At first I received the antibiotic monural, then I was given the antibiotic levoxa. In the meantime of taking this antibiotic, I received the results of a culture in which ciprofloxacin W was written.

The results of the study indicate that the bacteria detected in the urine are sensitive to the effects of ciprofloxacin (a drug of the same group and with the same mechanism of action as levofloxacin contained in Levoxa). This means that the use of a standard dose of Levoxa (500 mg every 12 hours) should be effective in treating this infection.
