Is it possible to get pregnant despite putting on a condom and not ejaculating?

I recently had sex with a girl. We used the condom as we should. I can't have sex without a condom because I have a hypersensitive acorn. There was no ejaculation. Now the girl has nipple pain and lower abdomen pain. Is it possible to get pregnant despite putting on a condom and not ejaculating?

If contraception has been used correctly, the risk of an unplanned pregnancy is small. Pain in the nipples and lower abdomen are not symptoms of pregnancy, by which you can judge such a condition.
