Is it possible to send the drug Nystatin vaginal tablets by mail?

Good morning, I have a question about the drug Nystatin (vaginal globules) I know that the drug must be stored at a cool temperature. And he needs to send it by post abroad, or is a thermal insulation bag enough? Do I have to additionally secure it with some cooling cartridge? I think that the package will go about 2 days, will the drug lose its properties? Is there any time when the medicine can stay outside the refrigerator. I will be grateful for your reply. Anonymous

Nystatin VP 100,000 IU vaginal tablets should be stored in the refrigerator (i.e. at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees Celsius), in the original packaging, not allowing freezing. The manufacturer does not provide information that the drug can be stored outside the refrigerator for some limited time, which should be understood so that the temperature should be provided at all times. Neither the heat-insulating bag nor the cooling cartridge will maintain the refrigerator temperature for two days. The bag keeps you cool for up to an hour, the cartridge - until the coolant dissolves inside, generally a maximum of a few hours.
