What to use for ornidazole, which is not available in Poland?

Доброго дня. Виписали антибіотик Оргіл у якому діюча речовина Орнідазол, в Польщі лік з орнідазолом не має. Чим можно замінити цю діючу речовину і які можно придбати ліки в Польщі ?

For ornidazole not available in Polish pharmacies, a drug with a very similar effect with metronidazole can be used.
