Does pregabalin help with neuropathic pain?

One of the indications for the use of pregabalin contained in Preato is the treatment of neuropathic pain. Clinical trials conducted before the drug was placed on the market have proven its effectiveness in this indication. Referring to the second part of the question, the drug "Lyrela" is not in the lexis list, but I suppose that this is a spelling error and you meant the medicinal product Lyrica. If so, the effectiveness of both medicines, used in the same doses, will be the same, as Lyrica and Preato contain the same active substance - pregabalin with the same release method, so they can be treated as substitutes.
