Patients treated with paroxetine (Paroxinor), especially those who have previously had hypertension, may experience a temporary increase or decrease in blood pressure. As for the other symptoms, they can occur with both paroxetine (Paroxinor) and mirtazapine (Mirtagen). Usually, with the continuation of treatment, their severity decreases. However, please observe the body's reaction, paying attention to symptoms such as increased pressure, sweating, fever, acceleration of heart rate, vomiting, diarrhea, anxiety, agitation or hallucinations. If several of them occur simultaneously, medical advice should be sought, as the concomitant occurrence of these symptoms may indicate the occurrence of serotonin syndrome, the risk of which increases with the simultaneous use of Paroxinor and Mirtagen. More about whether taking several drugs at the same time can be dangerous, we wrote in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne
