Hello, can I take a 7 day break while taking Yasminelle birth control pills after the 18th pill? Due to stomach problems I did not take 19 tablets

Yes, you can shorten the period of taking active tablets and start a break for withdrawal bleeding after taking 18 tablets. If for the last 7 days before the start of the withdrawal bleeding break, the tablets have been taken as directed, protection against pregnancy is maintained during the 7-day break and there is no need for an additional method of contraception.
