Can headaches result from the use of Provera? When will the headaches disappear when using Provera?

Hello, I have been taking the drug provera for a week. The problem is that my head hurts a lot, and I have to take the drug for 3 months. I don't really know what to do or stop the treatment, or whether the headaches may subside after some time. Please advise.

Side effects of Provera include, m.in, headaches. The time and intensity of headaches is determined individually. These are very common side effects, reported by more than 1 in 10 patients: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64912/provera-tabletki/apteki If the headaches do not go away with further use of the drug, I encourage you to consult your doctor. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of a stationary visit, you can use the teleadvice offered m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal. Until consultation, use the drug as directed. Your doctor will decide on the continued use of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also encourage you to report side effects. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
