What will be the side effects of Ramipril withdrawal?

Good morning I take ramipril 1.25 for hypertension and the doctor will punish me to stop because my pressure is perhaps related to anxiety neurosis and panic attacks. I wanted to ask what are the side effects of discontinuation of ramipril please answer quickly. Thank you
