There is an adverse interaction between the drugs Pylera and Izotek, they should not be used together without medical consultation. The lady had stopped taking the medicine, but only the day before. Which means that the substance still remains at a certain level in the body and has not been excreted / eliminated until the end. The use of both drugs at the same time increases the risk of high pressure of cerebrospinal fluid, which is manifested by severe headache, nausea and vomiting, visual disturbances, and finally loss of vision. If I were you, I would inform the doctor of any disturbing symptoms.
