To @Kate: If you have any doubts, you should consult a doctor who has recommended this dosage. In my opinion, the dosage of the drug is correct. Perhaps the doctor recommended the use of higher doses of the drug at night to minimize the occurrence of possible side effects during the day.

Yes, on the schedule, the doctor recommended taking two pills in the morning and two in the evening on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday one tablet in the morning, two in the evening.
