Herbs in supplements Please advise if I take tablets for hair and nails that have m.in. in the composition - nettle extract 75 mg and - horsetail extract 100 mg Can I additionally start using tablets for excess water that also have nettles and additionally other herbs - from nettle 150 mg - from green tea 100 mg - from dandelion 14 mg - from vegetable euterpa 80 mg - from the herb fig prickly pear 200 mg ??
