Can excessive lowering of body temperature, cold sweats and waking up at night be side effects of Bactrim and Nebbud?

Hi is it possible to give a child 3.5 year old drug bactrim and nebud to inhalation baby drops body temperature to 35.8 36.2 at night cold sweats break with crying or are these side effects.?

Waking up at night can be the result of medication affecting the child's nervous system.
