Is there anything threatening Pinda's "open" placebo pill? Will it lose its effectiveness?

Hello. If the "Slinda" placebo pill was opened for several days, will it affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception? Is it possible not to take placebo pills at all for these 4 days and then, as always, start a new package?

Thank you very much for your answer 🙂Perhaps I formulated the question wrong. I take the active tablets according to the blister every day at the same time.

I don't quite understand the question. First, you use active tablets, and then immediately move on to the use of placebo tablets. You can also skip them - it's just about starting a new Blister of Slinda on a specific day. Regardless of whether you take a placebo or not - the effectiveness will be preserved, and an open blister will not affect the effectiveness of placebo. If you use active tablets every day at a similar time - there is no reason to worry. During the placebo break, you are still protected from pregnancy.

Yes, because if on Wednesday I take this placebo pill without the active substance and, for example, on Friday there will be intercourse, will this pill from the open window in no way affect the continuity of the blister and the effectiveness of hormonal contraception? I have no reason to worry?

Do you mean to break the continuity of the blister? Nothing should happen to her. As for placebo tablets - they do not contain the active substance, do not exert any pharmacological effect and their use is only aimed at making the patient a habit of daily use of the drug. You can skip them as long as you remember on which day and at what time to start using the new blister.
