Can I stop taking Mysimba for a few days?

If I stopped taking mysimba after 9 days due to a sudden infection and taking an antibiotic, can I start taking it again and in what dose.

The manufacturer of Mysimba does not foresee a situation in which treatment is stopped for a few days and then starts taking the medicine again. There is also no mention of this in the literature. Before you start taking the drug again, it is necessary to consult a doctor. A different dosing regimen may be proposed at the restart of treatment, which will take into account shorter periods of gradual dose escalation compared to the weekly cycles used at the beginning of treatment.
