There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. However, the clinical significance of this interaction is unclear. Patients repeatedly hospitalized for worsening heart failure should avoid the use of salicylates (here: Acard), unless indicated for coronary heart disease. The combined use of these drugs may be therapeutically beneficial, the patient should be closely monitored for signs of salicylate toxicity (e.g. ototoxicity) and impaired effects of Furosemide during combined use. As far as possible, it is recommended to administer analgesics, not belonging to NSAIDs. This is a potential drug problem of possible complications of treatment, requiring appropriate precautions to be taken during treatment. This does not mean, however, that the described complications will certainly occur in you. However, it is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances.
