How to use PPIs, Levofloxacin and Amotaxi together?

Hello I was treated with Pylera and Mesopral after 1 month after treatment gastroscopy showed inflammation of the stomach and duodenum and a positive test On helicobater again treatment. I was prescribed Levofloxacin 250 mg 2x every 12 hours and Amotaxi 1g 2x 1 every 12 hours and PPIs 2 x a day only how to take it or combine antibiotics together to take at what interval after PPI I did not receive an exact recommendation when and how to use these drugs

PpI should be used in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before dinner.
