Do the drugs used by my husband and by me preclude trying for offspring?

Hi Husband started taking equoral for psoriasis The doctor said that it is lighter safe means when trying for a child I, in turn, take simpramol I had terrible side effects after SSRIs and I would not like to try these drugs again .is it possible with simpramol dose of 100mg per day to try for offspring ? In addition, what does it look like during pregnancy? Do the drugs used by my husband and by me preclude trying for offspring?

Data on the effects of Equoral on human fertility are limited. Ciclosporin (the active ingredient in this medicine) has been studied in a number of tests and there has been no evidence of clinically relevant mutagenic effects. As far as Sympramol is concerned, if you are planning to have a child, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine. Animal studies do not allow conclusions to be drawn about the harmful effects of opipramol (a component of Sympramol) on embryonic development or fertility. Simpramol can only be used during pregnancy, especially in the first three months of pregnancy, if a benefit-risk analysis supports such treatment.
