Is it possible to use the drugs Dulofor, Pramolan and Propranolol together?

Good morning. Can I take Pramolan and Dulofor at the same time and can I take Propranolol Accord temporarily? I'm nervous all the time, crying for no reason, I feel anxious inside, my heart beats very quickly. Previously, I took Trittico CR and Escilopram Actavis and now the doctor has prescribed me Pramolan and Dulofor.
