Is a leaflet included with Lipiforma Plus?

The Lipiforma Plus dietary supplement does not include a leaflet. All the necessary information can be found on the product packaging. What information is to be included on the packaging of a dietary supplement is specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 9 October 2007 on the composition and labelling of dietary supplements (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1951). It is m.in the provisions of the Regulation that food supplements placed on the market are labelled with the following information on the packaging: - the term "food supplement", - the names of the categories of nutrients or substances characterizing the product or - an indication of the nature of these substances, - the portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day, - a warning about not exceeding the recommended portion for consumption during the day, - a statement that food supplements can not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet, - a statement that dietary supplements should be stored in a way that is inaccessible to young children.
