Can Ketrel (quetiapine) cause an acceleration of the heart rate (tachycardia)?
Good morning I would like to ask if ketrel 50 per night can cause tachycardia. I already take ketrel 13 months earlier I did not have such a problem. Thank you for your reply

Quetiapine in Ketrel may cause tachycardia. Acceleration of the heart rate most often appears at the beginning of treatment and during the period of increasing the dose. It is worth informing your doctor about the problem during a follow-up visit.
