Can Afobam, Mirtagen and Chlorprotixen be used together?

Hello. For two months I have been taking chlorprothixen three times a day for 15mg. For this afobam 0.25mg once a day. Now the doctor prescribed me mirtagen 1 time in the evening. Is such a set of drugs safe? I suffer from neuroses and severe anxiety attacks and sleep problems. Greetings and please help.
