I have exactly the same problem. Each time after consumption. A very strange situation.

I have a similar situation. After using the preparation with tadalafil, I sometimes bleed from anal varicose veins. I think this is a side effect.

To date, no bleeding has been reported with varicose veins of the anus with Maxigra Go: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/93531/maxigra-go-tabletki-powlekane/apteki However, due to other side effects such as nosebleeds, penile bleeding or haematuria, bleeding from varicose veins of the anus cannot be excluded. In the event that after using Maxigra Go there is bleeding from hemorrhoids, I encourage you to consult a doctor. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
