Is bleeding, after the end of estrogen use, a natural menstruation?

Hello! For a long period of time I took estrof and systen 50, high progesterone and thin endometrium, treatment before transfer interrupted. Recommended use of duphaston 10mg. The next day after estrogen withdrawal I got a period, it lasts 5 days, for me it's a long time. I have a referral for diagnostic hysteroscopy and I wonder if it's the right period or bleeding after hormones. Can I make an appointment for a procedure in the next cycle or not. I have no contact with the attending physician.

The bleeding you have experienced is probably bleeding associated with the cessation of estrogen use. This is not a natural menstruation. The exact date of the procedure should be determined by the attending physician. If you do not have contact with a doctor, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation offered, for example, by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
