It's not about pharmacies but about those on stools who do business on drugs, pharmacies order drugs in wholesalers, which receive drugs ordered by pharmacists who have an interest in this that a given drug enters the market quickly or to slow down the entry of a given drug is about the drug OxyContin 80 mg because others with the content of oxycodone lose their validity and then there will be losses it is the truth that the powerful of this profession are afraid of

The latest information from the manufacturer shows that a new batch of OxyContin at a dose of 80 mg is currently in the phase of qualitative research. Most likely, the drug in the dose of 80 mg in pharmacies will appear in mid-October this year. Placing orders by pharmacists at this point (beginning of October) will unfortunately not cause that these studies will end faster. As for the allegation made, I do not know on what basis you believe that pharmacists "do not place orders for OxyContin 80 mg and then blame everyone". In my opinion, the pharmacy always tries to have the medicine needed for the patient, as long as it is available in the warehouse, and the patient submits a valid prescription. The sale of medicines is the main activity of the pharmacy and a source of income, so it is in my opinion unreasonable to believe that pharmacies are not interested in dispensing medicines to the sick. However, it is necessary to take into account the fact that the pharmacy has the opportunity to apply for exemption from the use of narcotic drugs of the I-N group to which oxycodone - the active ingredient of the drug OxyContin belongs. A pharmacy that has obtained such approval cannot and will not sell medicines of this category. It can also be problematic when a patient asks to order a drug containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, but there is no prescription. In this case, the pharmacy, not being sure whether the preparation will be received at all, may not decide to bring the preparation to the condition.
