If I have diarrhea, can I combine Vivomixx and Dicoflor?
Is it possible to combine Vivomixx microcapsules 10 probiotics with Dicoflor 6 (e.g. the first in the morning and the second in the afternoon)? I will add that I took Dicoflor because after the drug Dexliant there were quite quickly side effects (mainly diarrhea). The doctor recommended changing to Vivomixx after finishing Dicoflor. After changing the probiotic, after a few days loose stools and diarrhea returned. Thank you and best regards.

If you experience diarrhea, you can use both preparations as a prophylaxis - one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. These drugs contain other bacterial strains, therefore there is no risk of overdose. When diarrhea stops appearing or after 2-3 weeks of treatment, it is worth choosing one of the probiotics and continue its use as needed or as directed by the doctor.
