Can Estrofem cause abdominal pain and nausea?

He takes 3 tablets a day with an estrof from the first day of the cycle. It prepares for embryo transfer. Today is the 8th day of taking the drug and I am not well. I have nausea and stomach pain. Is this normal or is something wrong? And I will also ask if it is possible to take paracetamol or Nurofen for a headache?

According to available sources, the use of Estrofem may be associated with the frequent occurrence of side effects such as abdominal pain and nausea. So this is completely normal.
