Hello, on September 11 I took EllaOne, several hours after intercourse (a condom without sperm remained inside in the vagina) (About 16/17h after). It was my 23rd day of the cycle. At this point, my menstruation is almost 6 days late (already the 36th day of the cycle). I did 3 pregnancy tests during the 6 days in which menstruation should occur, the last test on the 4th day. All negative. Can I rule out pregnancies?

The occurrence of menstruation indicates the absence of pregnancy. Negative ultrasensitive tests, 10 days after intercourse, also indicate the absence of pregnancy.
I performed the most sensitive tests of 10ml, yesterday evening, i.e. 6 days after the expected date, I got a monthly, very abundant, but I always have such

In order to exclude pregnancy, I encourage you to repeat the pregnancy test at least 14 days after intercourse. The presented calculations show that you performed the last test after 11 days after intercourse. I do not know at what sensitivity you performed the tests. In the case of standard tests (with a sensitivity of 25 mIU/ml), this may be too early to detect a possible pregnancy. After using ellaOne, menstruation may occur on a date or a few days earlier or later than usual: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87820/ellaone-tabletki/apteki You can read more about which pregnancy test to choose in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic I encourage you to read additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/tabletka-po-czyli-antykoncepcja-awaryjna
