Can I take furagin for nephritis?

Hello, can I take furagin in nephritis( symptoms- kidney pain, lumbar pain, pain in the lower abdomen). A week ago I took Monural because I had bacteria in my urine and it probably didn't help me.

The indication for the use of Furagin is the treatment of uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections, including recurrent urinary tract infections in women, caused by E. coli microorganisms. Nephritis is not mentioned by the manufacturer as an indication for use. It is worth noting that depending on the type of nephritis, and thus the causes of its formation and the structures affected by inflammation, the symptoms of nephritis may be different. In this case, I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. It is difficult to propose a specific method of treatment to an outsider on the basis of such a brief description. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
